Altered Latitudes
As of September 2023, Altered Latitudes has become part of the Lakeshirts / Blue 84 family. Featureing Solar Microfiber garments (from Vapor Apparel) which are hialed as the gold standard in the resort market. The solar microfiber category has just exploded over the last few years. Light-weight, moisture wicking, and UPF protective, solar microfiber is certainly well suited to the Caribbean resort market.
Altered Latitudes prints using digital dye sublimation. These inks are Earth friendly, water based, phthalate free, and conform to all CPSC standards. But above all else, they just POP on the solar microfiber material.
The sublimation printing process allows us to print a full colour photo on the shirt, and it looks 100% accurate. This aspect offers some amazing options to produce a custom design unique and specific to your location or business.
We are also able to screen print on the solar microfiber shirts, which allows you to explore some of the darker shirt colours, and cross-over into some of the Lakeshirts core designs too.
